5. Index Copernicus (Poland) - International scientometric base. (Index Copernicus Journals Master List). This website includes indexing, ranking and abstracting journals, and is a platform for scientific collaboration and joint research projects. 8. Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) is website that lists open access journals and is maintained by Infrastructure Services for Open Access (IS4OA).  The project defines open access journals as scientific and scholarly journals that meet high quality standards by exercising peer review or editorial quality control and "use a funding model that does not charge readers or their institutions for access." 9. EBSCO - aggregator of full-text publications. Includes 375 full-text databases, and more than 350,000 electronic books.


10. ResearchBib - international multi-disciplinary database of scholarly journals, including a description of the log more than 5,400 publishers. (link)


11. American Chemical Society - Association of American Chemical Society, founded in 1876, has 163,000 members. Is the authoritative source of information in all areas of chemistry and related sciences (link)

Important mission lies in putting together an international platform for indexing open-access scientific journals. In a short-term perspective, we are considering calculating the journal Impact Factor (link) 



16. Sherpa/Romeo is the data base which save information about publisher copyright policies and self-archiving.Sherpa/Romeo is part of SHERPA Services based at the University of Nottingham.
